Dr. Reyes — quick update on Robert. I called him at 9:30 this morning per the priority queue.

He picked up on the second try. Sleep is still bad (says ~5h, "the neighbors"). He confirmed taking clozapine but I think there's been some confusion about the auto-refill — pharmacy says it was picked up but he thought his daughter was doing it.

He agreed to come in this week if you have a slot. He prefers morning. I'd recommend bumping his f/u from 6/12 to this Friday if possible.

Persecutory content is concerning to me — I'd want your read on whether this is medication-related (gap effect) or something more.

Logged everything in his care plan. Let me know if you want me to set up the appointment or you'd rather have your front desk do it.
